Our role

BasiFly is a coordinator. We aggregate traveler demand, source matching Part 135 operators, and coordinate the routing conversation. We are not an air carrier and we do not hold an FAA operating certificate. We do not exercise operational control over any flight.

The operator's role

Every flight is operated under FAA Part 135 by an operator who holds the certificate, the operational control, the crew training program, and the maintenance program. The operator is the air carrier. Your booking contract is with the operator. The operator's name and details appear in your quote.

Pricing and payment

Pricing is set by the operator for each trip. BasiFly may charge a separate coordination fee, which appears on your quote as its own line — never summed into the operator's price. You pay the operator directly under their terms. BasiFly does not hold or process flight payments.

Cancellation

Cancellation policy is set by the operator and stated in your quote. BasiFly does not impose a separate cancellation fee. If we cannot complete the routing, you owe nothing to BasiFly.

Liability

The operator carries the liability associated with the operation of the flight. BasiFly's liability is limited to the coordination role we play. We do not warrant flight availability, weather conditions, or operator decisions. We do warrant that we coordinate honestly and represent operators accurately.

Communications consent

By submitting a trip request, you consent to be contacted by BasiFly via email, phone, or SMS regarding your request. You may opt out at any time.

Operator profiles and external ratings

Representatives must be authorized to manage their business profile and have permission to publish the information and photographs they submit. Publishing authorizes BasiFly to host, resize and display that content on the business profile. Representatives can update or remove their public content. BasiFly may suspend content or access to resolve misuse or a representation dispute.

Directory listings, profile claims and external customer ratings do not establish operating authority, safety, aircraft ownership or availability. Google Maps content is governed by the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Yelp content links to the corresponding Yelp business page and remains subject to Yelp’s Terms of Service.

Changes

We update these terms as the business evolves. Material changes will be communicated to anyone who has submitted a request within the prior 12 months.
