The world behind the journey

Great trips begin
with the right connections.

A traveler with a plan. An operator with the expertise. An agent with the context to help. BasiFly brings them together, from the first possibility to the conversation that makes a flight happen.

A few reasons to take off

Start with the feeling.
We’ll help you plan the flight.

You don’t need to
know the ropes.

Just where you want to go, and who’s coming. We’ll help you understand the rest.

  1. 01

    Dream up the trip.

Choose your route, dates and group. Let us suggest an aircraft category if you’re not sure.

  2. 02

    Get a clearer picture.

Explore an indicative estimate and ask us to seek a real operator quote. No payment or commitment here.

  3. 03

    Decide when it feels right.

Review the quote, fees and terms. Your flight is confirmed only after you agree and the operator confirms.

A different way to do the math

One aircraft. Your whole group.

Charter pricing is for the aircraft. Looking at the cost across your own group can put the trip in perspective.

Illustrative math only, not a fare or estimate for a route. Actual quotes, taxes and fees vary. The whole aircraft is chartered by your group; BasiFly does not sell individual seats.

Can I fly private just once?

Yes. You can request an individual charter through BasiFly without a membership. Start with the trip you have in mind, see an indicative estimate, then review an operator quote before deciding.

Am I paying for a seat or the whole aircraft?

Your group charters the whole aircraft. Per-person figures help you understand the cost within your own group; they are not individual seats for sale, and you will not be matched with strangers in the cabin.

How much does a private flight cost?

It depends on the route, date, aircraft, availability and any repositioning the operator needs. Our planner provides an indicative estimate when a supported model is available. A real operator quote confirms the price, and any BasiFly coordination fee is shown separately.

What if I don’t know which aircraft or airport to choose?

Start with your location or a town, compare nearby airports, and choose “Recommend a category.” We provide a starting point based on your route and group size. The operator confirms airport access, the actual aircraft, luggage capacity and flight feasibility.

Does submitting a request book my flight?

No. Your request lets BasiFly follow up and seek operator quotes with your permission. You review the quote and terms before committing; the flight requires operator confirmation.
